Sweet tannins in harmony with its fruit expression give rise to a complex, elegant wine. Rounded, structured and very long.

It is structured yet with sweet, ripe tannins and a final acidity that balances the sweetness of ripe fruit with freshness, resulting in a lingering, well-balanced wine.

Un gran vino con un gran futuro. Uva de la variedad tempranillo, procedente de nuestra viña "Los Majuelos" situada en Sajazarra Variedades: Tempranillo 100% Grado alcohólico: 14% vol. Crianza: 12 meses en barrica nueva, 60% de roble americano y 40% de roble francés. Paso al botellero en Julio de 2012. Elaboración Fecha de vendimia 14 de octubre. Después de una selección manual en campo, la uva fue despalillada y estrujada, pasando mediante una bomba peristáltica al depósito de elaboración, de 9.000 kilos de capacidad. 26 grados centígrados de temperatura máxima de fermentación. Fue descubado después de 15 días de fermentación/maceración, desechando el vino procedente de la prensa. Nota de cata de Kosher Herenza Crianza: Color cereza muy cubierto, con borde granate. Aroma muy intenso, con fruta madura, roble cremoso, especias y cacao. En boca es sabroso, carnoso, con taninos maduros y muy largo. Un gran vino con un gran futuro.
