Cerradora de frascos de cristal con sistema de cierre tipo Twist Off y PT. Es capaz de cerrar un máximo de 200 cpm. Está completamente dotada para el cierre de todos los formatos de envases y tapas utilizados habitualmente en los procesos alimenticios (tarros, frascos, botellas, etc), sin necesidad de incorporar utillajes ni complementos adicionales. Opción SP: Incorpora en exclusiva el cambio de formato inteligente, totalmente automático, que regula con total precisión la altura de envase, anchura, posición relativa de las correas laterales en función de la altura y forma del formato a cerrar. Hay una versión alternativa, el modelo 2.8 ACT específicamente diseñado para cierre de envases impregnados de aceite o sustancias similares, con una producción máxima de 130 cpm.

Este modelo incluye motorización de ajuste de diferentes alturas de envases de serie y es capaz de tapar hasta un máximo aproximado de 70 tarros por minuto. Existe la versión ACT específicamente diseñada para cierre de tarros impregnados de aceite o sustancias similares. Esta versión cierra hasta un máximo de 50 frascos por minuto. Inyección de vapor + extracción (opcional).

Nuestro pisador anticolmo está diseñado de forma específica para evitar el sobrellenado de producto sólido en los envases, habitualmente conocido como “colmo”, previamente a ser cerrados, presionándolos hacia su interior de una forma controlada para conseguir habilitar espacio de cabeza suficiente para conseguir buenos parámetros de vacío y cierre y, en definitiva, calidad productiva.
