They are more than 20 years old vines. The production of this wine depends on the year, but it could be around 9.000 bottlesVisually, we find a passionate black cherry red colour, well covered with a high layer and a russet edging.We could smell fresh aromas, which recall some kina of anisette or balsamic flavours, over a well ripe red and black fruits background.When we drink it, we feel a fresh entry and a mild sharpness, which change to tannic taste and a warm endIt is recommended especially with all sorts of meats, game and mature cheeses.COUPAGE: Vintage: 2004Variety: 50% Tempranillo, 50% Cabernet SauvignonElaboration: Stainlees Steel Tank at 28-30º.Our coupage rests for tour months in French, American oak barrels, where the winemaking process, which started a year ago, finishes.Visually, we find a
