Lago Aves Lago Aves, Huevos y Caza, S.A. se constituyó en el año 1985. Comenzó como empresa comercializadora de aves y huevos en el año 1986. En 1995, Lago Aves se traslada a sus actuales instalaciones y se convierte en empresa productora. Se cambia a un corte semiautomático en mesa de conos y se incorpora una línea nueva de producto congelado, se abren tres tiendas de venta al público y se incorporan nuevas referencias fuera del sector avícola como por ejemplo el porcino y el cordero en congelado. En enero de 2007 comienza una nueva planta automática de corte, siendo una de las salas más modernas de Europa. Se especializa en el despiece de pollo tanto en fresco como en congelado, se amplían instalaciones y pasamos a ser importadores en el sector de cordero con multitud de referencias nuevas y especialidades. Lago Aves cuenta con un equipo humano con amplia experiencia y formación dentro del sector. LAGO AVES HUEVOS Y CAZA is a medium-sized company which operates in the business of poultry and other meat products. Founded in 1985 and based in Galicia (northwest of Spain) our company has also three own stores and its own distribution fleet (20 delivery trucks) .We currently deliver chilled and frozen products covering Spain and Portugal. In short, we operate in the following areas: Imports /Local sourcing /Production /Distribution /Exports Chicken, turkey, pork, lamb, rabbit, eggs. Whole/ Cuts Ambient/chilled/IQF frozen Raw/marinated/seasoned/breaded/skewers
