YERO COLORS Powdered Sugar is a proprietary blend of natural ingredients that results in a premium-class product. By using the latest technology, we’re able to reduce sugar crystals to 80 microns in particle size for an exceptionally fine end product. This sugar is ideal for making white glaze sponge cakes, macaroons, meringues, cream, soufflé, ice cream, fondant, and for decoration. YERO COLORS Powdered Sugar is thermally sensitive and is only suitable for the final decoration of baked and cooled products. YERO COLORS Icing is a dry mix for preparing white glaze. Our signature recipe provides an icing that is moderately sweet, has a pleasant vanilla scent, readily accepts gel colors and has a glossy finish. It is perfect for decorating cookies and gingerbread.
