LLC "Renoplast" has acquired new equipment thanks to the support of the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine. We have successfully integrated the new equipment into our own production facilities: a double-head drilling station for impost holes and a welding center for structural components. The impost hole drilling station is a vital element in our production chain; thanks to the advanced technologies used in this station, we can achieve better material processing results and reduce the time needed to produce components. The welding center for structural components is the second important element of modernization. It allows us to perform welding with high precision and reliability. As a result, we can reduce production costs through automation and processing accuracy. This not only increases the speed of technological processes but also ensures the high quality of our final products. We thank the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine for their support.

Implemented project for ЖК "Місто комфорту" The glazing features the Salamander73 profile system with a 44 mm thick energy-efficient double-glazed unit and a warm Swissspacer distance frame, along with German Roto hardware.

The client chose the WDS 76AD profile system, with a mounting depth of 76 mm. The project also features a double-glazed unit with Clima Guard Solar multifunctional glass, which protects the interior from heat in the summer and energy-saving glass on the inside to reduce heat loss in the winter.

For manufacturing PVC constructions, we use energy-efficient double-glazed units for heat preservation, multifunctional glass with sun protection features, as well as impact-resistant laminated or tempered glass with high mechanical strength. You have the option to choose any type depending on your requirements for various architectural solutions.
