Der GEDA 200 Z Comfort vereint die bewährten Eigenschaften des GEDA 200 Z mit zahlreichen neuen Features. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das optimierte Be- und Entladen. Das optionale Schrankensystem und die verschiebbare Bühne eliminieren gefährliche Zwischenräume zwischen Bühne und Gerüst. Die breite Bühnenseite mit einer Öffnungsweite von 1,2 m erlaubt ein einfaches Entladen großer Materialien ohne die Notwendigkeit von Etagentüren. Dank der verschiebbaren Bühne wird maximaler Komfort mit intuitiven Sicherheitsfunktionen gewährleistet. Während der Fahrt wird der normativ geforderte Sicherheitsabstand von 0,5 m immer eingehalten.

Am bekanntesten ist die Stadt New Orleans wohl für den riesigen Umzug zu Mardi Gras und die Jazz Kultur. Die kulturelle Vielfalt zieht immer mehr Besucher an und auch immer mehr Kreuzfahrtschiffe starten ihre Fahrten im Hafen von New Orleans. Dieser ist ein wichtiger Umschlags- und Handelsplatz in den USA. Der bayerische Industrie- und Bauaufzughersteller GEDA ist mit sechs GEDA SH1000 US Serviceaufzügen am Hafenbetrieb beteiligt. Der GEDA SH1000 US ist ein speziell für den Betrieb an Containerkränen konzipierter Serviceaufzug. Das besondere an Projekten mit den GEDA SH Aufzügen sind die individuellen Gegebenheiten und Anforderungen vor Ort, die mit dem Kunden im engen Austausch besprochen werden. The GEDA 200 Z Comfort combines the proven qualities of the GEDA 200 Z with numerous new features. The optimised loading and unloading is particularly noteworthy. The optional barrier system and the movable platform eliminate dangerous gaps between the platform and scaffolding. The wide platform side with an opening width of 1.2 m makes it easy to unload large materials without the need for landing level safety gates. The movable platform ensures maximum comfort with intuitive safety functions. The safety distance of 0.5 m required by standards is always maintained during operation.

Located in the state of Louisiana, the Port of New Orleans sits along the well-known Mississippi River. The city is famous for its grand Mardi Gras parade and vibrant jazz culture. The cultural diversity continues to draw an increasing number of visitors, and more cruise ships are beginning their journeys from this port, making it a vital trade and commerce hub in the USA. GEDA has equipped the port with six of its SH1000 US service elevators to assist in its operations. The GEDA SH1000 US is a service elevator designed specifically for operation on container cranes. The uniqueness of projects with GEDA SH elevators lies in the specific conditions and requirements on-site, which are closely discussed with customers. With GEDA, everything from planning and production to service is handled in-house.

In Reykjavík, der Hauptstadt von Island, entsteht gerade ein neues und hochmodernes Krankenhaus - das „New National Hospital“. Das neue Krankenhaus ist auf einen modernen und effizienten Betrieb ausgelegt. Dies merkt man beispielsweise an den Planungen für das Laborzentrum, das durch ein spezielles Rohrpostsystem mit weiteren Abteilungen vernetzt ist und so Proben und Analysen schnell und effizient zum nötigen Einsatzort schicken kann. Eine weitere Besonderheit des Krankenhauses sind die Operationssäle, die bis zu einer gewissen Erdbebenstärke genutzt werden können. In den letzten Monaten gab es vermehrt Erdbeben auf Island und diese sollen den Krankenhausbetrieb nicht (mehr) beeinflussen. Neben dem New National Hospital wird es auch ein Hotel für die Patienten geben. Die Zimmer sind mit allen wichtigen Betriebseinheiten des Krankenhauses verbunden. Das neue Krankenhaus in Reykjavík wird in jedem Fall ein besonderes Gebäude werden und GEDA ist Teil dieses außergewöhnlichen Projekts.

Iceland’s capital Reykjavík is currently building the state-of-the-art “New National Hospital”. The new hospital has been designed for modern and efficient operations. Im Herzen der britischen Stadt Birmingham entsteht der Gebäudekomplex JQ Rise, bestehend aus 226 luxuriösen Ein- und Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments in der Stadtmitte. Für 12 Monate ist der GEDA Multilift P22 Premium auf der Baustelle im Einsatz und befördert sowohl Personen als auch Material zum Einsatzort. Mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 54 m/min kann die gesamte Aufbauhöhe von 75 m schnell angefahren werden. Die maximale Förderhöhe des GEDA Multilift P22 liegt bei 200 m. Mit einer Tragfähigkeit von 2000 kg ist der Aufzug ein echtes Kraftpaket. Die Bühnengröße von 1.4 m x 3.2 m x 2.1 m bietet der Aufzug viel Platz und Möglichkeiten die auf der Baustelle benötigten Materialien zu befördern. Dazu gehören Fenster, Rohre und alles, was für den trockenen Innenausbau benötigt wird. Die Besonderheit auf dieser Baustelle war das Setzen der Verankerung durch die Fenster. Hierfür musste eine Sonderkonstruktion angefertigt werden, um die Klinkerfassade nicht zu beschädigen.

In Birmingham, a landmark is nearing its completion: the JQ Rise building complex is being built, consisting of 226 luxurious one and two-bedroom apartments in the heart of the city. The GEDA Multilift P22 Premium will be used for about 12 months at this construction site, bringing both people and material to where they are needed. At a speed of 54 m/min, the entire construction height of 75 m can be quickly reached. The maximum lifting height of the GEDA Multilift P22 is 200 m. With a load capacity of 2000 kg, the elevator is a true workhorse. The inner platform dimension of 1.4 m x 3.2 m x 2.1 m gives the elevator plenty of space and options for transporting the materials needed on the construction site. A special challenge on this construction site was setting the anchoring through the windows. A special construction had to be made to avoid damaging the brick facade.

Im Prager Gebäudekomplex „Rezidence Nuselsky Pivovar“ entstehen mithilfe von mehreren GEDA Geräten, neue und exklusive Wohnungen. Mithilfe von fünf GEDA 1500 Z/ZP Transportbühnen und drei GEDA Maxi 120 S können die Arbeiten in kürzester Zeit abgeschlossen werden. Vom Gerüst-, über den Fassaden- und Innenausbauer, sowie den Dachdecker nutzen alle Arbeiter die GEDA Geräte zur Fertigstellung ihrer Arbeiten. Der sehr begrenzte Baustellenbereich ist für die GEDA Geräte kein Hindernis. Die fünf GEDA 1500 Z/ZP Transportbühnen wurden auf einer Höhe von 34 m aufgebaut und fahren 15 Etagen an. Diese sind mit den GEDA Comfort Etagentüren gesichert, um einen reibungslosen und sicheren Übertritt vom Gerät zum Gerüst zu gewährleisten.

New and exclusive apartments are being built in the Prague building complex “Rezidence Nuselsky Pivovar” with the help of several GEDA units. The work will be finished in no time at all thanks to five GEDA 1500 Z/ZP transport platforms and three GEDA Maxi 120 S units. From scaffolders to façade and interior fitters and roofers, everyone on the site is using the GEDA equipment to complete their work. The very limited construction site area is no problem for the GEDA equipment. The five GEDA 1500 Z/ZP transport platforms were installed at a height of 34 metres and serve 15 floors. They are fitted with GEDA Comfort doors to ensure smoothness and safety when moving from the platform to the scaffolding.
