Estamos situados en Jaén, primer productor mundial de aceite de oliva. Concretamente en la cuidad de Ubeda, ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad. En nuestras fincas producimos de forma sostenible nuestras aceitunas y elaboramos aceites únicos en el mundo. Estamos convencidos de que la calidad y la excelencia de un producto sólo se alcanza respetando profundamente los principios ancestrales que rigen los quehaceres y recetas de las generaciones pasadas, siendo la calidad mayúscula nuestro distintivo. No es la primera vez que en la familia nos ponemos manos a la obra para elaborar productos alimentarios de primerísima calidad. Actualmente producimos Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra (AOVE) de dos varietales. PICUAL Y ROYAL, ambos los comercializamos en formatos cristal de 500, 250 y 100 ml. AOVE CANALLA PICUAL De nuestras fincas hemos seleccionado las mejores aceitunas de la variedad PICUAL para elaborar un aceite de oliva virgen extra de calidad superior que comercializamos bajo el nombre de CANALLA. AOVE CANALLA ROYAL Una experiencia culinaria inefable es, la armonía de nuestro AOVE bien llamado ROYAL de CANALLA por proceder de esta varietal Royal. La varietal ROYAL es oriunda de la comarca de Cazorla, de un dulzor extremadamente sutil, es perfecto para reposteria, ensaladas, pescados salsas, etc...

This product is the Aqueous juice extracted from olives and leaves, which contains polyphenols from organic olive trees in high concentrations and is made from the water-soluble part of the olive obtained during the grinding process. Olive trees of the Arróniz variety have a high concentration of polyphenols in their leaves and fruits. They are harvested at their optimal level of ripeness, to keep all the aromas and flavors intact. Suitable for consumption in adequate doses by adding it to juices, infusions and jellies of any type at a rate of about 10 g per liter (One tablespoon per liter) and its inclusion in other foods and food supplements, by accredited producers.

Seasoning for finished dishes. Its natural black truffle flavor and aroma is unique, very penetrating and intense and awakens all kinds of sensations and interest. Simply add a few drops of our oil seasoning to the food to achieve a truffle accent on the dish. The oil is obtained by mechanical procedures and cold extraction, decanted in tanks at low temperature and bottled without filtering, so it is characterized by its "natural turbidity" and by keeping all its properties and vitamins intact. It is a very aromatic oil with an intense truffle flavor. It is recommended for seasoning different dishes such as: risottos, pasta, meats, fried eggs, omelets and fish. Our polyphenol-rich oils contain Hydroxytyrosol, to which Truffle extracts are added. Shelf life and storage: 24 months.
