Somos una empresa del norte de Navarra, tenemos un rebaño de 6, 000 ovejas y elaboramos queso con la leche de nuestras ovejas. Nuestro queso es de leche cruda de oveja, elaborado de manera artesanal. La principal diferencia de nuestro queso es la corteza natural con mohos de Bertiz, que protegen el queso y le aporta una cremosidad característica. Recientemente hemos obtenido varios premios internacionales de los que nos sentimos muy orgullosos: • Gran Oro – Frankfurt International Trophy 2023 • Medalla de plata – Lyon International Award 2023 • Medallas de oro y bronce – World Cheese Awards 2022-2023 • Oro – Cincho Cheese Awards 2022

Como mencionamos, parte de nuestras bolsitas están hechas por personas en riesgo de exclusión social, para las bolsitas de papel lo realizan personas con discapacidad intelectual y para las de tela, mujeres en riesgo de exclusión, de esta forma generamos empleo, con un sueldo digno, mejorando su autoestima y potenciando su autonomía. Creemos en la producción consciente, de esta manera al hacerse estas bolsitas a mano se reduce el gasto de energía, lo que ayuda a las empresas que eligen este tipo de bolsas a descarbonizarse con datos reales y fiables. The seeds we use are brought from America, directly for our company. Handling is done on field and under customer order, this guarantee freshness and a very high quality product. One of the most important points of our quality policy is to avoid chemical treatments, as much as it is possible. Most of the times, products is zero residue, which means great benefit for the consumer.
