Caesa offers a long experience of 70 years in the production of special steel profiles tailored for multiple components and industrial sectors. Specialists in special forms processing mainly carbon steels, alloyed and unalloyed by plane and customer specifications. We have facilities for hot rolling and cold drawing or calibrated to obtain more demanding tolerances. Its special profiles are available in lengths or cut bar saw on order. From its location in Barcelona, CAESA covers both national and European markets and also exports to other destinations worldwide . The quality management system of Caesa is certified by BVQI ISO / TS 16949 and ISO14001 environmental . Special steel profiles tailored according to customer's drawings and specifications. - Hot rolled profiles . Dimensions up to 110 mm aprox. Tolerances +/- 0.3mm . Straightness 1.5 mm / meter- - Cold drawn profiles. Dimensions up to about 100 mm . Tolerances +/- 0.05 mm. Straightness 1mm / meter. Main customer industrial sectors: automotive, general machinery, railways, construction, shipbuilding , logistics, hardware, hydraulics, among others.
